In the year 2000, I was severely ill. Bedridden. Weak. Unable to function. Those days were long and uncomfortable. Lying there, one thought kept disturbing me:

That question did not let me sleep.

For more than two decades, I have worked with people from all walks of life — professionals, parents, entrepreneurs, students, and scholars. But more importantly, I have walked this journey myself.
